I came across Dom through Instagram and just wanted to talk to her about my journey and kind of brainstorm to see if I was headed in the right direction. I did a few sessions with Dom for whenever I felt overwhelmed, confused or just wanted a validation or support from someone who knew what I was doing. It’s hard to find a right answer from friends and family when they haven’t done what you are attempting to do, often times they will project their fears and limitations. However talking to Dom, who is far more experienced and does flips regularly, she understands the common fears and anxieties of beginner flippers and was great at helping me run numbers, helped me focus on things I needed to focus on and reassured me on things I was doing right. Dom was easy to schedule and came prepared for our zoom meeting, shared her knowledge honestly and generously without holding back or trying to sell me anything. She was like talking to a good friend who has been through what you are going through and can guide you through some tricky times. I aspire to flip as many as Dom does, she’s quite an inspiration and I would definitely recommend her as a mentor to anyone looking for clarity in this field. I’m super proud to tell people that Dom is my mentor!
